Those prickles look deadly! I was wincing while reading about the prickles on the face and prickles in the legs, and prickles in the customers! How about removing any near the edge of the garden and replanting the space with a 'softer' fall plant - a wide buffer so to speak against any accidental falls. Cactus gardens can also hide some fun stuff too - some little quirky thing to catch your eye and make you smile. Ouch! Those prickles look deadly!
